Meet Ben
Hi, I’m Ben — Bencon Fitness. My fitness journey started through rugby and over the last four years, training has completely shaped my mindset, confidence and discipline. I’ve competed in Hyrox, half marathons and triathlons, and I continue to play rugby — but what I’ve learned goes beyond performance. I became a qualified personal trainer because I saw how many people train without structure or clear direction. Working hard but not seeing results. Following plans that don’t suit their lifestyle. My approach is simple: structured training, sustainable nutrition and real accountability. No crash diets. No shortcuts. Just a clear plan tailored to you and your goals. I work with men and women who want to improve their health, build confidence and create long-term habits that last. If you’re ready to stop guessing and start progressing, I’d love to help.

Over the years I've developed a love of fitness for myself and others through my fitness journey and my time as a personal trainer and now I would love to share my knowledge and expertise with others so they too can see results in their own fitness journeys.

You get a bespoke programme tailored to goals, lifestyle and what you enjoy in order to create something that is achievable and sustainable in the long term.
A constant source of communication that means you can regularly get in contact whenever to discuss any issues you are having OR to share the successes you are experiencing as it's important to celebrate the wins in your fitness journey.
You will be provided with nutritional advice and teaching to help you begin to understand how you can fuel your body in order to get the best out of yourself. However, a key aspect of nutrition is making sure it's realistic. No extreme diets or fasting, just something that can help you still enjoy your day to day life but help you begin to see results.
